A virtual assistant is someone who works remotely to assist and complete a variety of tasks that are usually administration based.

They are usually a self-employed contractor, working from home (virtually/online) to provide a remote service to other businesses.

• Data entry on cloud based systems
• Email marketing templates and automations
• WordPress website edits such as correcting spelling/grammatical errors, upload blog posts, swap images, create new pages, basic SEO
• Create and edit social media graphics and templates in Canva
• Anything Canva related
• Turn Word documents into easy to read PDF’s

I focus on the tasks that can be time consuming and fiddly, are not time sensitive, are not customer facing but may require great attention to detail. This leaves you free to give your customers a wonderful experience.

Depending on the service or project you select, it will depend on what access I need. For example, if I am creating a new email marketing template for your newsletter I will need access to your email marketing software only.

If you are not comfortable with technology I can coach you through a Zoom call to set up any necessary access points.

To access certain programs and systems on your behalf I will need to be able to login in remotely. Some systems will allow you to create another login and set permissions.

Any passwords that are shared with me I store in an app called LastPass. This is a safe and secure way to share passwords with me as well, rather than putting it in an email. (LastPass has a free version too!)
